After years of working with clients to procure the land and/or space they seek, we have found that often the transition after acquisition can become a stressful burden.

In speaking with clients, what we have heard, is that having someone with the acumen to facilitate their transition from acquisition thru move-in would add tremendous value to their overall initiative and experience.

What The Brookshire Company Project and Construction Management Team Offers:

  • Strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in successful construction experiences when Tennant Improvements and/or New Construction is needed.
  • Client advocacy and liaison, hitting key objectives in proper order and timing to keep the project(s) moving forward, so the client can rest assured even when their time may not permit daily project involvement.

  • Total project and construction management including controlling budgets
  • Negotiating subcontracts
  • Providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget.
